This post is a little out of date.

Nevertheless, I would like to congratulate both of my cousins on their engagement. It was held on the 25th July 2010.

 

           

Yes, there were two engagement events for my family for that very day. All a rushy affair. But everything went smooth. Alhamdullilah.

the past&present.

Okay....im blogging again since there isnt much for me to do today.
week 1 reflection DONE. hoping that it would enuff for me to PASS practicum since no grade will be given. its hard enuff that i hafta get use to the alarm clock ringing away calling me UP every single day at 5.30am. and in addition to that, the glorious pain of doing reflection. me no likey. the words that are always repeated: STUDENTS, TEACHERS, LESSONS. ughhh. its gonna get stuck on me for the rest of my life manx. so much about complaining, ill try to put in more effs for the next reflection aite. I PROMISE. :x

Just wanna share some pictures of my makeover that I had with Fy darling. the boy was there to accompany me too. Yea, he wasnt that quite happy about that but he still stood by me....awwww, sweet much? ehehe.

These arent the best pictures that i have.....managed to only upload a few pixies up to photobucket. and these are the few.......how i wish i'm capable of doing edits on PS. it'll do wonders to these pictures :)
As you can see, the location was at the Esplanade rooftop and we pose like nobody's business. haha. Had super much fun with all that are involved including the photographer, Shikin & make-up artist, Kamal. Btw, I love the make-up he did on me. Super nice. :))

HAHA. Still longggg way to go la, No Worries :)

1st week of TA

The week started off horrendously. UGHHHH. waking up in the wee hours of the day is seriously not my thing. %^$^%##. 0530. That was the time I was expected to be up and showering alrdy. Even with JAzzy I still need to wake up THAT early to dress up. yeaaa. its effing early. The first few days of practicum was annoying. ALL sleepy and Dready, coming to school, signing in, Assembly, signing nat anthem and pledge. OK. I’m so not use to it la. smore, we were to recite the pledge in ENGLISH, as well as TAMIL. haha. last time, i use to RECITE it in chinese only. kinda funny but still, its a muti-racial society ppl! :)

Apart from the every day routine, I LOSS MY MOOLAHS IN SCHOOL. Can you believe that? At first I thought I might have misplace it somewhere but it turns out that my friend lost her $$ too. And On the same day!! OK, shan’t elaborate more.

After the days pass, things get pretty more exciting in and outside school! :)

The kids were oh-so-cute and awesome. did i mention cute? nyehehe. they were like little angels. well…some are like devils la, but let’s put that aside. The best are the p2 kids. they were so gullible and asking questions about nitty gritty things. and i fell in love with this one particular boy :) His name is RYAN. Lucky I had a real nice CT. She gave me lotsa advice and tips on how to survive the teaching world. So yea……kids are nice, staffs are freindly, AND cheap&good food! what more can I ask for? :))

At the end of the week all, I was a happy Goober already. :)

The dessert that was provided by the P & VP for all staffs every wednesday. I don’t know whats it, but it tasted GOOD! Hot and steamy dessert for breakfast! YUMS!

Had a quick lunch with the boy on one of the days @ madJacks, Whitesands. Not bad, I should say. I love their cheesy spicy fries and Bannana Dessert. YUMMEH!

And heres a special one. a lil Something2 from OMUNI. :) I think this was what made my week. Ahehe. Wanna know wats inside the bag? Ask me. :P

<3 this pic. I miss those days when we get to spend most of our time together. Me having school holidays, and YOU clearing ur leaves and offs before ORD. Ever since the boy started school, we meet lesser and our time spent together is shorter than usual.  But it’s OK. Work hard k Darling! Aja aja Fighting! :)

Our 25th

It has always been our usual practice to remember our special date on every month. We may not be able to see each other on EVERY 25th, but the day will always be a special one for the both of us. :))

OUR random dandoms will always make OUR day. from the new street, to the parking choices and the window shopping. :) I love it all.

We found Domino’s Pizza. Yummeh! Best part is, they deliver for FREE but only to selected areas. East area not counted. only central area….BOO.    The Menu.    

The breadstick is my favv. super soft and fluffy garlic bread….One happy customer. nyehehe.

NEXT Up…TOWN :) It rained heavily in the morning and news reported that orchard rd was flooded, yet again. But once we got there, everything was perfectly fine……I was really puzzled.

Okay, I’m too tired to typr more. let the pictures do the talking yea. From the love, to the vain pot, to the dream bags….the day was AWESOME. :)

     

 

Date-out. Love.

Its been awhile since i’ve updated this blog manx. What to do, I was busy like a bee for the past few days….. Busy with what??? Lotsa things. the good and the bad. June is coming to an end and soon comes July. Here comes school. Yeap. Reality Check. Been doing lotsa NOTHING during the break. months feel like days only. I can’t believe that my school holidays are soon to be over. Shucks. There’s so much that I want to accomplish during the break, but in the end, I had just a few from the checklist done. Oh wells.

On a brighter note, I had been having so much fun with the boy since he got back from the trip :) I was all so uptight with him for not “entertaining" me enough :P Too bad you have a whiny girlfriend darling. Hehe. I know you still love me no matter what. right, right, right??

I would first like to say that windows live writer is being so evil to me today. It takes more than the norm for me to post up pictures and type. erggggghhhhh. so sickening. Sheer hardwork.

The boy brought me over to one of the many places that I wanted to go oh-so-much! yea, its Wendy’s!!! The foodies were good and i just loveeee their french fries. super fresh and yummy. Being a potato-lover, the boy enjoyed the large fries with chilli sauce oh-so-much too!! Btw, Wendy’s i located at Lau Pa Sat. yes, uber far for me that is. The Halal cert were not up as yet when we were there but 80% of their staffs are Malays which includes this atok who works there too. We were told that the HALAL cert is being processed. But MUIS has alrdy  certified its Halal-ness. :) And and My other Malay friends had a go on it wayyyy before I did. So yea, if still unsure, prolly you may want to wait for the HALAL cert to be out yea.

  

The foodies were good. I think this burger was the largest of all. hahah. 3/4 pounder burger WItHOUT veggie. tsk,

      

After the oh-so-HEAVY lunch, we decided to go for a longgggg walk over at CBD area. Surprisingly, many things have changed la. More skyscrapers with beautifoool parks surrounding. love it! :)  Pictures weren’t that pretty cos of the cloudy sky. But it saves us from walking around under Mr Sun in the middle of the day. :))

  We walked alllll the way to Marina BAy Sands. tiring, you know. But lucky us, it happened to be the day of the official opening of MARINA BAY SANDS! There were lotsa cameras and VIPs around. GOOD sale too :) Media people was everywhere.

Buggy cum jeep for the VIPs… Wanted to go to the sky park but it was too cloudy. –_- It was closed for the VIPS anyways.    

The shopping arena was HUGE. only 3 storey high but its a longgg walk. Theres a river with gondolas in it! just like in venice. but rather ugly. nyehehe.
